For the first time since Franklin D. Roosevelt was president, “The Guiding Light” will be extinguished. The soap opera that started as a radio program in 1937 and moved to television in 1952 goes off the air Sept. 18

Dopo 72 anni finisce anche Sentieri. Perdiamo l’unica certezza che c’era rimasta e non è poco. Ora non fate quella faccia. “You don’t have to be a fan of the show, or of the soap opera genre it pioneered, to feel a sense of gravity at the demise of Guiding Light”.
